Ada Chan, Policy Analyst Phone: (510) 238-7083 Email: achan1@oaklandnet.com Ada Chan is the primary policy staff for the At-Large office.  She staffs the Public Works and Life Enrichment Committees for Councilmember Kaplan.  Ada's primary areas of focus include economic development, land use planning, housing, and LGBT issues.  Ada works in the office Monday-Thursday.

Andre Jones, Chief of Staff Phone: (510) 238-7081 Email: ajones@oaklandnet.com Andre Jones manages the day-to-day operations of the At-Large office and coordinators our staff.  His responsibilities also include public safety issues, marijuana policy, City budget, and boards and commissions.  Andre works in the office Monday-Friday.
